The Mars Team organized a series of introductory meetings with initiatives that received initial acceptance on the shortlist, across the cities of Daraya, Damascus, and Aleppo, as part of its efforts to engage directly with participating teams and support them throughout the upcoming stages of the program.
The meetings aimed to build connections, provide a clearer overview of the training sessions and the upcoming evaluation phase, and address participants’ questions and inquiries. The sessions were held in an interactive and supportive atmosphere, focused on empowering initiatives and helping them prepare for their next development steps.
