MARS Organization has concluded Soft Skills training sessions under the INSPIRE Project in Atma and Aqirbat, with each participant completing 24 hours of training covering five key areas: job readiness and interview skills, communication skills, financial literacy, small project proposal writing, and digital tools.
The training aims to promote the social and economic inclusion of youth, women, and persons with disabilities, while supporting them in building resilient and sustainable livelihoods.
The project is now moving to its next phase: vocational training for participants who successfully completed the Soft Skills component, providing them with practical skills and knowledge aligned with labour market requirements.
This activity is part of MARS Organization’s ongoing efforts to strengthen capacities and empower vulnerable groups, contributing to sustainable development.
