Today marks the conclusion of the Personal Skills Training phase of the Masarat Project, following a rich training journey filled with learning and growth, representing an important step toward enhancing participants’ readiness for a stronger and more stable professional future.

During this phase, trainees took part in a series of specialized trainings that focused on several key areas, most notably: small project planning and management, job readiness and interview skills, as well as effective communication skills. These trainings provided a vibrant and interactive learning environment that encouraged discussion, exchange of experiences, self-discovery, and capacity building in an inspiring way that reflects young people’s passion and desire for development.

Project organizers expressed their pride in the achievements made by the participants throughout this phase, emphasizing that what has been accomplished today is not the end of a stage, but rather the beginning of a broader journey toward a more stable and sustainable professional future.

The next phase of the project is expected to launch soon, as participants look forward to continuing the journey, with ongoing training and ambitions that know no limits.
